Sauteed Chicken Liver with Caramelized Onions
Ingredients
◉ 400 grams chicken livers
◉ 2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter
◉ 1 large onion, thinly sliced
◉ 2 garlic cloves, minced
◉ 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses
◉ 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
◉ Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Method
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onions over medium heat until caramelized (15–20 minutes).
2. Push onions aside and cook chicken livers with garlic 5–7 minutes until done.
3. Drizzle with pomegranate molasses and season with salt and pepper.
4. Mix onions and livers, garnish with parsley if desired oil.
