Crispy Za'atar Coated Chicken Breast

Ingredients

◉ 500 grams of fresh chicken breast
◉ 100 grams panko breadcrumbs
◉ 2 teaspoons of zaatar
◉ 2 tablespoons of olive oil
◉ Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Method

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
3. Mix panko with za’atar and coat chicken evenly.
4. Place on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil.
5. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
